Tilapia with Veggies

Tilapia is one of my favorite fish to eat. In fact, with the exception of sushi it is probably the only fish I eat. Early this week my mom created a healthy tilapia recipe that I have decide to share with you

1 pound tilapia (In three steaks)

1 T Olive Oil

1 Zucchini

1 Summer Squash

Mrs. Dash

Instructions: Cut up zucchini and summer squash and cook in a skillet. Pour in the olive oil, stir on medium heat until veggies are heated up. Take the tilapia and spread over a 9×13 dish. Once the veggies are ready put them in the dish with the tilapia. Sprinkle Mrs. Dash seasoning. Turn the oven on 350 and cook for 30 minutes or until done. Turn the oven OFF! Enjoy
