TV Tuesday: The Addams Family

Everyone knows the theme song to The Addams Family, snaps and all. If you don’t know what I am talking about, then I suggest you check it out as you will know what I am talking about. Following Gomez and Morticia Addams as an average family with a few special powers and macabre interests. Coming off as strange to the world the close knit family manages to make it through the highs and lows of life with their children Wednesday and Pugsley, Uncle Fester, handyman Lurch, and a hand in a box called Thing, and Grandmama Addams. With a few fellow family members like Cousin Itt, there doesn’t seem to be anything from stopping an average day for the Addams becoming a load of laughter.

Music Monday: Billie Holiday

One of the most iconic singer of all time has to be Billie Holiday. With her voice has inspired and entranced many. Today, I still listen to her famous jazz music like “Strange Fruit” and “Lady in Satin.” Her voice was a true one of a kind talent that cannot be matched by anyone today. Yet, she still finds her way to inspire many today.
