Two Quick and Healthy Snacks

During the Winter I find it hard to eat healthy. Being a huge snacker I find it even harder to eat healthier. So, I decided to share two of my favorite healthy snack recipes. Here they are:

Peanut Butter and Yogurt:

This recipe is just like it sounds.

Ingredients:

1 spoonful of peanut butter

1 6oz of your favorite yogurt.

Instructions: Take the spoonful of peanut butter and stir in slowly with yogurt. Once the majority of peanut butter is mixed in, ENJOY. I know this recipe sounds really weird, but I find it is really good. Especially, in the mornings right before work.

Turkey Roll Ups

Two slices of turkey deli meat

Your favorite hummus

Instructions: Lay out one piece of turkey deli meat. Take a knife and slowly spread the hummus on the turkey. Then roll up the piece of turkey with hummus. Repeat and enjoy. I know this recipe calls for two pieces of turkey, but you can enjoy as many turkey roll ups as you want.
