Erin go Bragh! Happy St. Patrick’s Day to everyone out there. The typical celebrations for St. Patrick’s Day for me is wearing a shamrock scarf and leggings and enjoying corned beef and cabbage with Irish soda bread alongside family. Usually, everything is boiled, but this time my mom decided to try a recipe where everything is done in the oven. It came out tasting just fine. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to everyone out there!
